Although Christmas Day might be behind us, the after-effects can last for quite some time! Even the most well-intentioned of us can succumb to overindulging during the festive season, which can lead to bloating and feelings of lethargy. Luckily there are a few quick exercises that you can do to help alleviate bloating and get your digestive system back on track.
